Our design team specialises in promotional product design and branding. We are fully equipped with Macintosh and PC hardware, utilising industry standard software including Illustrator, Photoshop, Quark Express, and Indesign. We use the latest full colour digital printing equipment which benefits in presenting concepts and designs, and to keep the design process in-house.
We design and create moulds and samples for product ideas from briefs, drawings, pictures, and concept drawings.
Our designers also utilise retail trends to create advertising products to ensure a higher appeal amongst consumers. Our team is creative and efficient. Basic artwork designs are produced within 24 hours from receipt of brief.
Promsec has an online design department for basic product branding and logo positionals, which can be viewed as virtual samples on the internet. This tool has rapidly increased our efficiency in getting designs to our clients even faster.

Promsec will source or create any item from our global network of manufacturers and suppliers, and distribute to anywhere in the world. Most local stock items are delivered within 7 days. Most overseas stock items are delivered within 14 days.
Production and delivery times for custom made items vary from product to product. We regularly sample, manufacture, and deliver well within the delivery period, and we never deliver late. Our process is very fast because our clients have an open line between account management, design, and production, plus we have the experience to create within our boundaries and deliver what we promise.
