• Acceptance of Order and Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
  By placing an order with Promsec you are entering a legal agreement between you, as a single entity, the company/organization you represent, and Promsec Pty Ltd. Your order is confirmation and acceptance of our terms and conditions. Our terms and conditions overrule the buyer's terms and conditions under all circumstances.
  
• Ownership of Goods
  Ownership title of goods remains with the seller until full payment(s) have been received.
  
• Virtual Samples & Artwork Approval
  Artwork positionals and virtual samples are submitted by email for every order for your approval. Pre-production samples can be requested at the time of order at an additional cost.
  
• Freight
  Freight charges will apply to all orders.
  
• Artwork
  Artwork can be supplied as Illustrator Vector EPS files. All fonts & text should be outlined or the font should be supplied. Any other file format submitted may incur additional charges.
  
• Cancellation or Alterations to orders
  Once your order has been placed, any alterations or cancellation of the order will result in charges being incurred. The buyer will be responsible for all costs incurred by Promsec and invoiced accordingly. (Refer to Cancellation of Custom Orders)
  
• Returns & Refund Policy
  Product(s) may be returned within 7 days if they are deemed faulty. Our policy is to maintain 100% customer satisfaction. As such, we will promptly address any quality or branding issues with any product supplied by replacing that product or refunding the cost of the faulty product(s). Because we supply branded products, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure they are ordering the correct product for the right purpose. Most products can be evaluated before purchase at the customers cost. It is also the customer's responsibility to ensure they are happy with the selected branding option(s) before the product is branded. If products need to be returned please contact us by email.
  
• Warranties
  Promsec provides no express or implied warranties. Promsec passes all transferable warranties made by the manufacturer of the goods to the client.
  
• PMS Colour Matching
  Whilst all effort is made to match PMS colours, it is not always possible to match the PMS colours exactly, as branding processes and techniques differ, and product materials differ from product to product.

• Website Pricing
  All prices are subject to change without notice. Whilst every effort is made to display accurate pricing and product information on our website, Promsec does not guarantee that pricing and product information is always 100% accurate.
  
• Stock
  Products advertised on our website may be out of stock or become deleted lines, or there may be subtle style changes from time to time. Whilst we try to advertise current ranges and styles only, we do not guarantee that products are in stock and available at the time of order, or the product advertised may not be the most current style.
  
  
• Production Over/Under Runs
  Whilst Promsec always aims to deliver exact quantities ordered, sometimes there may be slight variations in the quantity delivered due to availability, quality control, and time constraints. Promsec reserves the right to deliver +/- 5% under or over the quantity requested and will charge accordingly.
  
• Shipping & Delay of Goods
  Promsec will not be held accountable or liable for any unforeseen delays affecting delivery of your goods over which they have no direct control. Eg. Shipping timetables, customs delays, natural disasters, acts of god etc.

• Product samples can be provided for review before you purchase. If you do not proceed with the order, we will charge you for the cost of the sample(s) and the freight charges incurred by Promsec. Product samples do not need to be returned unless specifically requested.

Promsec Payment Terms & Conditions

• We accept Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, and American Express credit cards.
  (Merchant Fees Will Apply: Visa & Mastercard= 1.85% ex GST, Amex= 2.75% ex GST)
  
• For pre-approved corporate clients payment terms are Nett 7 days from the invoice date. The approval of a corporate account is at the discretion of Promsec.
  
• All invoices are issued on approval of client artwork or pre-production samples.

• Promsec sets a minimum order value of $5000.00 ex GST excluding Artwork, Freight and Handling.
  

• Payment in full at time of order confirmation. Artwork and production will not commence until payment has been received and confirmed by accounts.

• Nett 7 Days Trading Account. Orders must be confirmed with an official company purchase order.

• All custom orders require a deposit of 50% at the time of order confirmation, balance on 7 day account following pre-production sample or virtual sample approval. All custom orders must be finalized with a pre-production or virtual sample approval before mass production commences.
  

• Promsec respects the privacy of individuals and organizations. All individual and company data is collected with your permission and for the express purpose of providing information, products, and services with greater efficiency to our website users. We do not rent or sell any personal information to third parties.
